The Brooketown Strangler Case

The Brooketown Stranger Case, which carried on from 1978 to 1987, was the series of sexual assaults and murders commited by Isaiah Rodriguez of Brooketown, Oregon before his capture and execution.
Rodriguez would commit his first murder by chance in the summer of 1978, cornering Morgan Barker at a frat party.

Tracy Park was the twenty first victim of the Brooketown Strangler.
Tracy was born January 5th, 1878 to Ji-Min and Oscar Park in Brooketown, Oregon. She had four siblings, two older sisters (Penny and Carly), an older brother (Dylan) and a younger sister (Darcy). She was a widely happy and carefree child who made friends quickly, though she did get nervous in crowds.
